Laser alignment
In the context of industrial ventilation, direct drive alignment is crucial for optimizing the performance and efficiency of fans. Proper alignment ensures that the motor and the fan are perfectly positioned, minimizing wear and tear, reducing vibrations, and enhancing overall system reliability. This alignment process involves careful adjustment of the motor and fan shafts to maintain ideal concentricity and parallelism.
Laser alignment is used to perfectly align pump couplings, compressors, speed reducers or four-bearing fans with coupling. Laser alignment also allows us to check the angularity, parallelism and soft foot of the equipment. We only use stainless steel precision shims to make adjustments.
We also offer laser alignment. Precison alignment avoids premature pulley and belt wear and also prevents belts sloshing.
